Always great until this time NONE of the sensors worked

I have ordered many times from you as even with insurance I can't afford the sensors and the pump supplies. Never had an issue until this order. Out of the 5, ZERO worked. It would show the sensor but would never trigger the new sensor detected nor the warm up phase so it was $100 thrown in the garbage. I want to give it another try because this has never happened before but this was super frustrating because I can't afford these sensors but every few months anyway.
