Autosoft xc is a no go

My 11 year old daughter had been prescribed the autosoft xc after years of using Tru steel so we decided to give it a try, huge mistake. She ended up going into DKA due to it kinking and non delivery. We just got discharged yesterday after spending 2 days hooked to IV insulin drips all I can say os we went back to tru steel and i will never change from the old reliable tru steel, autosoft xc could've taken my childs life. We should've stuck with what was working for her (she's been diabetic since she was 17 months old) never again will I use anything with a cannula again.
