I have not received my order yet

I order my supplies with plenty of time so I could get it when I need it now I do not have my supplies because they have not been shipped yet. I have not received it and the tracking number that I was given the order has not been shipped yet. I pay for the supplies already 10 days ago. I sent customer service an email and they say they look into it, but they have not replied to me yet that was two days ago

Abysmal shipping

Prices aren't bad, but you can't be picky as many things are out of stock. What annoyed me most was that the order was "fulfilled" but took 10 days for them to hand it over to the USPS to get it moving. I emailed several times to inquire when I should expect my order and never got a response. Shipping from near Boston to Oklahoma should not take 16 days (assuming it shows up with the post office says it will). It is unlikely I will be ordering from this site again.
